Returns, Claims and Refunds

ARG POLYCHEM does not take online orders or online payments through this website, so no refunds are processed here. Supply of products is arranged directly after an enquiry and quotation.

Quality complaints

If you receive material that does not match the agreed specification or the Technical Data Sheet, please contact us in writing at info@argpolychem.in within 7 days of receipt. Include your invoice number, batch number, photos of the material and packaging, and a description of the issue.

Resolution

After reviewing your claim, and testing a sample where needed, we will agree a resolution with you. This may be replacement of the material or a credit note, as stated in the agreed order terms.

Not covered

We cannot accept claims for material that has been used, mixed, contaminated, or stored or handled improperly, or for claims raised after the stated period.
