Cobalt Accelerator for Polyester Curing

Cobalt Accelerator is a metal-soap promoter used with peroxide catalysts such as MEKP to speed up the room-temperature curing of unsaturated polyester resins.

Applications

• Hand lay-up, spray-up and general FRP fabrication
• Casting, gelcoat and putty systems

Handling: Never mix cobalt accelerator directly with peroxide. Add to the resin first, mix well, then add the catalyst. Follow the Safety Data Sheet.
